Hi Dr. Andrew, I have lots of red dots on my palm. It s not itching or anything they are just there, maybe tingling a bit. Do you have any idea what it might be? Well I m not allergic to anything at least not that I now of, but my guessing would be it. I just had a few cookies with walnut in it but I haven t really noticed it before. Though I had this symthomes a a couple of times in the past.
As a first line management, you can apply low potency steroid creams like betamethasone for symptomatic relief. If the lesion persists, it is better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
