What Do Negative Pregnancy Result And Delayed Periods Indicate?

Hi, my period is usually regular and I am two weeks late. There is a chance I could be pregnant but home tests have said negative. I am having cramps more on my right side and feeling a little sick. Discharge is clear. Not sure what to do from here or what it could be stopping my period of not pregnant. I feel like I think I ovulate late in my cycle.

Delay in Periods don't necessarily mean pregnancy but there is a way to know best which i am going to suggest you here.
According to the circumstances you told in your question here is the best way to deal with this thing.

Repeat UPT test at home in next week and then in the week next to it.
Till then if you don't get any period and you are still negative on the poregnancy test then it is more appropriate to get a blood pregnancy test, if that too is negative then you can discuss this with your doctor and you can get other investigations done like hormonal levels and ultrasound, this can help in the diagnosis and proper treatment will definitely imporve things further.
