What Do My Scan Reports Indicate?

What could cause pain in the hip area plus tingling and some numbness in the legs. MRI and CAT scans show slight spinal stenosis but spine surgeon says he doesn t think it is narrowed enough to cause the pain. Hip surgeon says hip looks fine. Could it is MS or something else. Patient is healthy 77 year old.
