What Do My Lab Test Reports Indicate?

Hi,I have some X-Ray done and my pain management MD says there is nothing wrong with my spine but I am having pain since the beginning of October . I try a chiropractor and was just discharged mid-April. I ask for an mri but was told that my insurance won t cover because I have no sign of nerve issue, what should I do? I feel so miserable.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

As your pain management MD said that nothing wrong with your spine, but you didn't get relief, so I think you should do MRI spine after consultation with spine surgeon. For pain you can take tab. Etoricoxib after consultation. Apply Diclofenac gel or ointment and hot water bag over back. Continue exercises as per advised by physiotherapist.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale,
