please help son is 2years 8 month first test salmonella typhi O -negative salmonella paratalphi AO positive 1/80 salmonella paratalphi BO Positive 1/80 salmonella paratalphi CO positive 1/80 second test 5 days later after antibiotics salmonella typhi O positive 1/160 salmonella paratalphi AO negative 1/80 salmonella paratalphi BO Positive 1/80 salmonella paratalphi CO negative 1/80 what does this mean please help is he improving?

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your report showing,increasing the titre of the typhi O suggests typhoid infection.
Consult the physician take proper treatment.
Doctor will give following advices
Antibiotic: azithral
Acetaminophen for the fever
Adequate sleep and rest
Give him plenty of water for hydration
Home made fresh juice
Avoid outside food. Maintain proper hygiene.
