What Do My Diastolic And Systolic Indicate?

My diastolic is 98 my sistolic is 118 i ve been a stroke patient for 1 month and half my neurologist diagnosed me with lateral medullary syndrome and brainstem infarct.. i don t have hypertension and diabetis .... My vital is normal ever since i was suffered stroke... my doctor gave me maintenance for numbness and for my syndrome... Kindly explain pls

Your diastolic is slightly raised. You should avoid stress, decrease salt consumption. It should be brought down below 90 mmHg.
