hi, i am 32 year male, physically fit, not fat/obese. i have 260 cholesterol and 330 triglyceride and high LDL, low HDL. i have been advised to start lipikind f on daily basis at night. i was curious to know what could be the side effects of this medicine ? is there any better alternative? any way to get this situation under control ? i have already stopped consuming oil/butter/ghee etc. kindly suggest me the right course of action.
