What Do Mushroom Shaped Growth On The Nose Indicate?

55 year old man was a roofer most of his adult life and has been a heavy drinker since early 20 s. he has growths on his nose alone, they look like little mushrooms erupting on just his nose. he has no insurance and little income at this point, I am trying to get an idea of what he may be dealing with. can you help??? his nose look awful at this point.....

I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, possibility of skin tumour (basal cell carcinoma or squamous cell carcinoma) is more likely.
He is alcoholic, chronic sun exposure history and above 50 years of age.
All these factors favour skin cancer more.
Biopsy is must for the diagnosis.
So get done skin biopsy.
