What Do Mild Hand Tremors Indicate?
I had CTR release in March 2013 on my R wrist and June 2015 on my L. I drop things daily, it feels like I have a glove on. I have pain daily in my hands. While at work and sleeping I wear my right wrist brace, it is the worse one. While at work I run my hands under the water fountain due to pain. I work at a keyboard all day. I have a mild hand tremors.

Consult a neurologist and get evaluated. We have to rule out movement disorders like essential tremor and PD.
