General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* As per my clinical experience, meth sore presentation varies depending upon the amount of meth consumed, host immune response and other corelative factors.

* General measures to look for are

- varying size of few mm to dime size
- localised wheel or raise,
- varying degree of border irregularity
- uniform eruptions
- surrounding scratch marks if there is associated itching
- needle track marks in some instances.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
