What Do Lymphocytic Predominance Of WBCs In The Below Blood Report Suggest?

My blood test results says R B C : NORMOCYTIC NORMOCHROMIC W B C : LYMPHOCYTIC PREDOMINANCE.. Does this mean I have Lymphocytosis?HAEMOGLOBIN : 13.7 gm/dL 11.5 - 15.0 P C V : 39.6 % 36 - 46 TOTAL RBC COUNT : 4.71 millions/cumm PLATELET COUNT : 3.05 lakhs/cumm TOTAL WBC COUNT : 6470 cells/cumm DIFFERENTIAL COUNT POLYMORPHS 47.7 % LYMPHOCYTES 43.0 % EOSINOPHILS 1.5 % MONOCYTES 7.8 % BASOPHILS : 0.0 % PERIPHERAL SMEAR R B C : MORPHOLOGY NORMOCYTIC NORMOCHROMIC W B C : LYMPHOCYTIC PREDOMINANCE PLATELETS : ADEQUATE

As per report mentioned no need to worry.

Lymphocytes are slightly elevated.

In viral infection also it can be temporary raised.

So repeat CBC after week and mention your clinical complaint for giving more comment
