What Do Lower Backache And Dark Brown Vaginal Discharge Indicate?

I have been having lower back pain and cramps since Sunday, Monday it was severe pain. In the morning (Monday) I had a blood clot and since then dark brown vaginal discharge. The back pain and cramps haven t been as bad since Monday, but starting yesterday I m feeling constipated also. I m not sure if I should go to ER, or try to make an appt with my gyno or GP. Thanks for your help. FYI LMP: 11/27-12/5, heavy (typical) but longer then usual. 29.5 y/o.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear, welcome to"Ask a doctor" service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
If you have cramps and unbearable pain you should go to ER. If it is not so intense pain you can visit gynecologist for any sexually transmitted infection causing pelvic infection disease.
Hope I have answered your questions.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
