What Do Lower Abdominal Cramps And Clot Discharge Instead Of Periods Indicate?

Hi I m felicia I ve misesed my period a week ago , on my due day after peeing when I wipe I saw only a blood coth which appear once since nothing , I m have slight cramps on my lower abdomen n tummy I m always bloat and my nipples were itchy now they sore my breast itchy also have white discharge like miky its smells like sour milk

Hello,

The white discharge you are having may be related to yeast, candida infection. You may need to do a vaginal smear as soon as your period ends. You may be having period and it is with clots possibly due to the delay.
