What Do Left Sided Chest Pain And Normal X-ray Result Indicate?
My wife is 31 years old.She was 36 weeks pregnant & on 25th October,2016 she was caught by hemorrhagic Dengue fever (Plat elate count was 38000 to 40000) & raised ARDS on 30th october & was in ICU with ventilation from 30 oct to 4th November.Her ceaserian operation was done on 30 th Oct with ventilation. Treatment was done by ventilation,diuretics,Meropenem,Levofloxacin,Methyl prednisolon, Dexametheson,Ceftazidime,& azithromycin also. Now her chest X-ray,ECG,ECHO,Toponin. CBC, ESR everything is normal but she feels breathing problem,Left side chest pain,weakness.Right now her face is fluffy also while she is taking azithromycin,Dexamethasone,Montelucast,Furesomide & spironolactone combimnation , Salbutamol & fluticasone combination inhaler. Could you please give us suggestion about treatment & long term effect of ARDS & cause of present condition?

Usually, ARDS leave some chronic problems in the lung called fibrosis. She is already taking the treatment. It might be several causes of that symptoms. Please discuss with her treating doctor.
