General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The symptoms felt by you look more like due to panic or anxiety attacks. However, if the symptoms are recurrent or persist for a long time, then you are advised to consult your doctor regarding your symptoms and their relationship to heart conditions, if any.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Satnarain Bansal, General & Family Physician
