What Do Itchy Rashes On The Arms Indicate?

My daughter has an itchy rash on both arms, more on the underside. She was taking Augmentin for a severe sinus infection so was on her second 10 day script when it started. It s getting worse. She has taken before and no h/o of antibiotic allergy. I have a picture if that is possible. 17 yo . Healthy otherwise. She does have vitiligo and when I was searching for possible best course of treating this rash - lupus rash came up so now I am mildly concerned because I remember her doc at CHOP mentioned a lupus, thyroid and others to keep an eye on with her autoimmune disease. I know it s a stretch and assuming this could even just be r/t dermatitis. Suggestions?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It seems your daughter has dermatophytosis. Systemic lupus erythematosus can cause erythematous rash particularly on the face and neck. It is not itchy as you described.
