What Do Itchy Rash Like Bumps On The Extremities, Genitals And At The Back Of The Head Indicate?
I have itching that seems to be under my skin near the back of my head, genital area, feet, hands and fingernails. I also have mild rash or bumps popping up on my arms, back, shoulders and genital area but they don t always itch and go away quickly.
