What Do Itchy And Painful Bumps On The Legs And Abdomen?

I am experiencing small, red, bumps popping up on my skin...ankles, legs, and abdomen. They itch, and are painful when they first appear. One bump will occur; then an hour or so later another will pop up. None have disappeared, they just seem to keep coming.

increasing and itchy bumps indicates skin paroblem..and one should go for proper examination of it..
so have dermatologist openion and treatment.
