What Do Itching And Pain In The Fingers Indicate?

Hello, My pinky has been itchy and painful to touch for the last 3 days. It is red above the top knuckle and has a redness running down the inside of my finger between my pinky and ring finger. There is no bug bite or wound anywhere, I have no idea what could be wrong.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I think you are suffering from a Mycotic infection of the skin between fingers. We use antifungal ointment in your case for it.
Your doctor will see it and give you the ointment .

Best Regards
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka
(General and Family Physician ).
