What Do Itching And Burning Sensation In The Anus And Vagina Indicate?

I had severe itching and burning in anus and then in vagina too with white fluid coming out. I had a hvs test recently I got pus cells occasionally and epithelial cells (++) and no yeast cell and trichomonas seen and the culture was escherichia coli.my doctor said I had an infection she gave me Furolin tablet for 10 days and told me I will be fine I don t need to see her again and if I don t get a relief I should see a general surgeon.Hianswer your health question?
