General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, i do care for your concern.
your history suggest more of an ulcer.
stress add to the ulcer formation and caffeine can add insult to the injury.
I would suggest
To start on drug such an omiperazole and continuing for full course of 2 weeks, will definitely produce greater changes.
Try consuming more fruits and green leafy vegetables as you are doing workouts, this will help you a lot.
avoid caffeine containing products, spicy foods.
hope this will help you in long run.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
I find this answer helpful
