What Do Intermittent Discomfort And Stinging Sensation In Chest Indicate?
I m a 44 fe and for last 2 weeks when I m at rest I feel chest discomfort and sometimes a poking in left chest area. Im also working out with weights and chest area also after drinking Starbucks coffee pain is worse. So not sure if it s caffeine, muscle soreness or my heart.
Hi, i do care for your concern. your history suggest more of an ulcer. stress add to the ulcer formation and caffeine can add insult to the injury. I would suggest To start on drug such an omiperazole and continuing for full course of 2 weeks, will definitely produce greater changes. Try consuming more fruits and green leafy vegetables as you are doing workouts, this will help you a lot. avoid caffeine containing products, spicy foods. hope this will help you in long run. Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
