What Do Intermittent Atypical Chest Pain In The Below Test Report Suggest?

I have had tests and just had copy of report to my GP which says, This lady, with intermittent atypical chest pain and a negative ETT, has now had her myocardial perfusion scan. This showed a non-dilated LV with good LV function and evidence of mild inducible ischemia in the apex and the antero-apical myocardial segments. This is likely to be an artifact and I will review her in my clinic once more. What does this mean please?

Thank you for the question,

The report says that your heart is working well and there is no signs that is malfunctioning (non dilated lv with good lv function). It then says that there is a small amount of strain if you force the heart (mild inducible ischaemia) but it is probably an error (artifact). So the result seems that your heart is normal. The specialist who did is going to see you again (review)

Kind regards
