What Do Increased Pulse Rate And Weird Sensation On Feet Indicate?

Hi I m recovering from Guillian Barre Syndrome...was diagnosed 7 months ago. I now have competent muscular capacity in my arms and feet. I ve actually started jogging again, although I still feel funny sensations in my feet whenever my pulse rate increases, like when I m anxious or angry. Sadly, I m scheduled for a fistulotomy soon, discomfort is no longer bearable. What if any are risks or side effects to consider before going under the knife?
