What Do Grade 1 Squamous Cell Carcinoma In The Below Biopsy Report Suggest?

Dear DR ,I am from Kolkata my age 43 years, I had undergon hemiglossectomy on 15.09.2017 in kolkata , my biopcy report says (Section showfeatures of SINranging from Grad 1 to insitu cancerzation(squamous cell type) witha small focus of invasive malignancy(grade 1 squamous cell carcinoma)the maxmimum depth of invasion is 1.45mm.Surface ulceration and peritumour densc inflammation is noted.)please suggest me my further treatment.ThanksIndrajit das0000
