What Do Gastritis, Swelling In The Groin Area And Night Sweats Indicate?

Swelling on both sides of the groin.Did full blood count and ultrasound. Sometimes I feel pain on lower side of the stomach .Did endoscopy too , and Doctor daid I have erosive gastritis.However swelling still remains and pain come and goes away almost everyday. Additionally, I also feel moving sensation on both hands and feet.I have no fever, night sweats or any other symtoms but I do sleep alot and always feelong sleepy no matter how many hours I sleep.I eat very well and have a lottle weight loss but I do everything else.Work etc.I dont know what is wrong with me .

1. Swelling in the groin area can be many causes so first do a blood DC if done what is blood picture?

2. Do fasting blood sugar to rule out diabetes

3. Take ACIV tab
