What Do Findings Of Suspicious Densities In Left Lung Apex Mean?

i have a chest xray findings suspicious densities are observed in the left lung apex. the rest of the lung fields are clear, heart are not enlarged/ diaphragm , costophrenisc sulci and bony thorax are unremarkable. An apicolordotic view of the cest is suggested . what does it mean?

Suspicious densities means the radiologist is not able to differentiate whether the densities are due to infections , granulations, mass or tumors . So he needs a better view of your top portion of your lungs .
An apicolordotic view of the chest looks more focussed on the top portion of the chest so that a clear impression can be made about the suspicious densities are observed in the left lung apex.
