What Do Fat Globules In Stool Indicate?

I went to bathroom and had a Boswell movement then noticed yellow tiny droplets of a yellow oily substance floating on the water. What could this be? No charges in diet , medication. Very tired lately but been under a lot of stress. Left upper breast hurts. Like a pulling of my breast.
