What Do Drop In PSA Levels When Suffering From Tumor Suggest?

I am not a candidate for prostate surgery as a result of a prior pelvic surgery. Radiation is problematic because I have chronic bowel problems that are likely worsen with radiation. I require hospitalization for my condition. Currently, I am on hormone therapy, and my PSA dropped from 130 down to 8. Is there a targeted therapy that can help to weaken and attack my tumor. So far there is no evidence of that the cancer has spread.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the malignancy then you have just two options one is surgery and second is chemotherapy some time this may be taken all together and there would be no alternative beside these, hope this helps, and have a nice day.
