What Do Deranged Thyroid Profile Suggest If Taking Levothyroxine?
I am 57 and been on levothyroxine 100 mcg for 30 years. I test normal every year at my OBGYN until this year. I was in the middle of a 21 day detox diet ( no gluten, sugar, alcohol, dairy - only meat veggies fruit and fat). My thyroid was high and they want me retested. I just moved. So I went to a local GP. Here are my numbers T4 7. T3 uptake 39. TSH 17.672. Throid per oxidase (TPO) 55.8 T3 free 2.3 T3 reverse 13. Vit d 48 vit B12 336 The doctor suggested K2 , D and B 12 plus ashwagandha root but no increase in levothyroxine. Any thoughts? Should I seek out a specialist?

you should consult aspecialist. for your test you should goto areputed lab and not a gp. the test and report should be authenticated
