What Do Delayed Periods And Negative Pregnancy Test Result Indicate?

hi there I ve been married for 6 years and still wanting to have a baby. had PCOS. visited my ob and advised me to take fertyl and folic acid. i ve reached my 3rd cycle of fertyl the 1st and 2nd cycle has make my periods on time. but on my 3rd cycle no periods. i m 15 days delayed now had my home preg test but negative result. can you pls help me am I pregnant or what?

you can be pregnant. level of hormone may not have gone so high that it can be detected by urine test kit. repeat the test after a week or so. just wait and hope for the best. you can use ovulation testing kit for detection of ovulation day so that you can have intercourse around that period and chances of getting pregnant increases.
