What Do Bumps Around Stitches On The Forehead Indicate?

I have a cut on forehead and it has stitch 7 stitches and the Bacitracin has caused little bumps all around my stitches and on my forehead. It is itching some but change antibiotic and now the itching is still and the bumps. What do I do Thanks YYYY@YYYY

bumpls around stitches is bacause of foreign boy reaction due to suture and fibrous tissue growth. please apply topical steroid ointment once or twice daily for 1 month. it will slowly regress. if doesnt come down contact surgeon.
