What Do Blood Clots In The Uterus Indicate?

I went for scan yesterday,and it shows i have clots in the uterus ,i have some clots coming out since i had blood transfusion 9 days.I have 4.5 fibroid outside the uterus.I am wondering for how long will it stop as i am expecting my periods in 14 days to come.

Blood clots maybe due to fibroids in uterus .First u need to get rid of fibroids to resolve the problem of clots.
