What Do Blisters On The Upper Lip Indicate?

I have these small flesh colored bumps on my upper lip line edge and bottom lip line edge. They aren t that noticeable unless I smile. They don t hurt unless I pop them. When I squeeze them a long string of stuff comes out, but it s not like white or anything. I feel like I started getting them after shaving my mustache, but now I think that s wrong. I haven t been wearing anything on my face for over 2 months and they still wont go away. Also, when I pop them it s like the liquid or puss stuff gathers in one are and makes the bump more big and noticeable. Oh, and I know it s not a virus, herpes, or a cold sore. And also when I pop them somtimes a clear sort of like bubble will appear on my lip and I ll have to pop it too.
