Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here are my thoughts.

Such lesions on skin, fluid filled and varying in sizes, coming again and again can be due to dermatitis of some sort or may be secondary to some insect bits like mites or so with hyper-reaction of the body thus giving blisters.
I would advise her the following in such a situation:
First of all change all the linen on bed and sofa. Vacuum clean the area.
Try to identify the instigating and enhancing factors. And avoid these at any cost.
Apply liquid povidone locally to the affected area.
Send the fluid from the blisters for analysis, gram staining, culture and sensitivity.
May need an antibiotic cover orally.
Multivitamins and mineral help in early healing.
An opinion of a Dermatologist can helps to get a proper diagnosis and thus help in proper management.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
