What Do Blisters On The Hands And Feet Of A Child Indicate?

My six year old granddaughter has what looks like blisters on her hands and feet. They are peeling and she is picking the loose skin off. What is it and what can we do about it? She is just here for the weekend. She has a dog and cat at home and was recently playing in an indoor playground.

it looks more of an impetigo. Kindly start on amox .avoid playing on mud and animals for some days and bath twice a day
