What Do Black Spots On The Penis?
hello sir, My name is Prasad and I am 34 years old. I have found some black spots on my penis. But I never participated in sex since from last 8 years. but I do hand job regularly. Are those spots are any harmful? I am going to marry in this month. How can I cure those black spots? could you pls give me any suggestions?

Understand your concern.
If it is not change in color, pain sensitivity,no blood: it is harmless.
But you have to examine it repeatedly.
Following are the causes of your problem:
1. Fordyce spots
These are tiny brown/black spots, found on the head of the penis or the shaft.
There are normal minute sebaceous glands and are just part of the natural structure of many penises.
There's absolutely no need for any treatment.
