What Do Black Spots On The Penis Indicate?
Around the head of my penis looks like a black magic marker was used and there are spots all over that area and on the head. I have seen this for about 3 months now off and on. At first I thought it was dye from my underwear but it is not. The same spots come and go at least 2 times per week there is no itching nor pain

Please clarify that is there any relation of spots with sex as spots come and go. You should see a skin specialist for proper evaluation of these spots. It may be some benign condition or something else.
