What Do Black Spots On The Back Indicate?

Hello Dr. There are black spots on my back. Last year I consulted dermatologist . I used keto soap and onabet lotion BT it relief temporary. When i exposed to sunlight then black spots turned into red and itching happens. Please suggest me medicine for permanent relief.

Hi,

I have read your query, black spots can be removed permanently by cryosurgery, chemical peels, laser therapy, microdermbrasion, etc. You need to visit a dermatologist or a cosmetologist in the ER.

The medications that can help get rid of black spots cannot be taken for a long time for they can be cancerous. However, you can use bleaching creams that contain Hydroquinone can be used. But if there is some liver, pituitary pathology or Addison's disease and hemochromatosis, hyperpigmentation may persist.
