What Do Black Spots In Lung CT Scan With Recurring Cough Indicate?

especially at night time I start coughing and coughing for 10 min spitting up mucus and spittle. And my try to give back my food. Also many times when I try talk I start coughing. I ve taken pneumonia shots and blood tests. Blood is ok so far.. ct scan showed small black spot on lungs but x-ray showed nothing. I probable need a byopcy to determine more info. any idease... Doctor doesnot think it is contagious. ??????

small black spot on lungs???? It is the first time that i heard of such a thing. The reason because the lungs on CT are black (because they are "saccs" filled with air, and air in CT is very black due to low attenuation) so you cannot see black in black.
