What do I have if I have redish eyes not bloodshot, fatigue and dizziness when i get up and when i lay down I also get a little dizzy just at night. I have been under a lot of stress with school and I may not have been getting tons of sleep. My mom says its probably cause I dont eat enough protein and it may be true because I am a VERY picky eater so the only protiene i get is at dinner. Whats wrong with me?
