What do I do if my leg swelling has not gone down after one week? Personally, I think there is nothing wrong because I have no pain whatsoever only when I touch it. The swelling is on the inner side of my knee. I have a big bruise around the area. I have no problems applying weight on my knee and I could do regular exercises. And I also have some swelling on the back of my of my knee but only a bit. Me and my mom are very worried especially because this was not going to happen if I hadn't been so eager to try something I had never tried . I'm 12.
