What Do 45% Of Polymorphs In The Below Blood Test Report Suggest?

My polymorphs is 45%, Lymphocytes is 52%, Monocytes is 2% (Differential count)My polymorphs is 1.9 x 10 9/L , Lymphocytes is 2.2 x 10 9/L , Monocytes is 0.1 x 10 9/L ( Absolute count) Above is recorded in a blood test that I did. What does this means and do I need to do further blood test & if yes what do I check for? Is there a health risk ? Thank you in advance.

Your polymorphs are slightly on the lower side. Kindly look at the absolute counts as percentages are relative. The absolute count is 1.9 whereas normal is from 2-7. Rest all is OK. I suppose you are recovering from a viral infection and counts will be normal soon. Just get it tested again after two weeks.
