Here is the Latex Allergy Diet I have, while we review it I will be thinking of what we can add:
Avoid avocado; banana; cherry;celery;chestnut;fig;grape;hazelnut;kiwi;melon;nectarine;potato;papaya;pineapple;peach;plum;rye; strawberry;tomato;wheat

I bet you are having problems getting wheat, tomatoes and rye out of your diet. Try using quinoa flour and read labels for the wheat as that is the one most likely contaminating your diet because I see many SAFE foods

Protein foods: eggs, lean chicken, turkey; the least allergenic protein is lamb and that is what we start infants out on, lamb and white rice. The only vegetables not safe seem to be potatoes and celery (tomato is a fruit), so you should be able to eat green beans, corn, spinach, broccoli, but you are saying you react to these too? If you do, this goes beyond a latex allergy.
Apples seem to be safe, have you challenged them? What about that great antioxidant blueberries? Can you drink any sort of milk or milk substitute, challenge them if you haven't already as they should be safe. Use lactase if you are lactose intolerant.

Summary: Safe: Blueberries, Apples, Quinoa, White Rice, Green Beans, Corn, Spinach, Cauliflower, Broccoli, lean meats (fresh, no chemicals)

Try to avoid all breads and bread products. Look for what you need as far as noodles in the allergy section and see if you can find wheat free rye free products.

If milk is a problem and lactase doesn't work, try almond milk, soy milk, etc.
It sounds as if you need a thorough allergy assessment. If you have already seen an allergist and he hasn't helped, try Alcat testing . .. Thank you for comining to HCM. I did give you menu ideas and suggest you continue with your food challenges and also look at getting the nonIGE testing from Alcat.
