I have known for perhaps 5 years that I have gallstone(s).
I think I have had some discomfort after a meal, right lower rib area. Not too bad.
What foods are better than others? I think I know (stay away from fatty foods, butter,cream, etc. Is avocado another bad fatty food for this condition? Perhaps some shell fish, prawns??
This discomfort is very new, would like to have more info.
