You need to reduce fatty food, red meat, alcohol, oily and fried foods. Sea food like prawn, lobster and big fishes are not advisable, smaller fishes like sardine, and small squid etc will not create much issues, provided if it is not eaten fried.

Even for your uric acid levels its better to stick on to vegetarian diet, and better to avoid trans fat, bakery products, flavored drinks, junk food, meat, alcohol smoking etc.

You need to drink lots of water, green tea will be a good choice to cleanse your body.
