What Diet Can A Toddler With Diarrhea And Abnormal Stool Be Given?

my baby daughter is 3-1/2 years and she has diarrhea and we consulted a doctor he gave medicine, she is going for loose motion for 7-8 times with black color and hving red in her stool and the report is normal but that time stool was normal what diet we can give her.

Hi,
Avoid giving solid food.
Give her curd, rice, Khichadi, buttermilk and pineapple, orange and lemon water juices.
Give plenty of water as well.
Ok and take care.
