What Cream Should I Apply For Cracked Corners Of Mouth?

Hi, Im a 53 yr old woman and the corners of my mouth have cracked open. I have tried balms and Abrieva and nothing seems to work. It has been this way for a wk to 10 days now. what could it be and what can I use to heal it? Thank you so much for your help

Thanks for your query.
You seem to have angular cheilitis. It could be due to vitamin B complex deficiencies, anemia or candidiasis. Take supplements of B complex daily. Check your sugars and hemoglobin. If a KOH test can be done from the angle of the mouth it can rule out candidiasis. You might need to consider a consultation with dermatologist or physician for work up and treatment.
