What Could Tingling In Arms With Numbness Suggest?

Experienced tingling in both arms , almost painful like they had been numb and then awakened.Lasted only 20 to 30 seconds, I was standing at work when it occurred . It started right up at the top of my arms and went all the way down into my hands. My age is 62 yrs. old, female and in generally good health.

Hi,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you experienced tingling in both arms ,lasted from 20 -30 minutes . It may be temporary compression of nerves in both arms may be due to some degenerative changes in cervical spine(cervical spondylosis) .At present no treatment is needed, however you can get X-ray of cervical spine done to rule out cervical spondylosis. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it. I do hope that you have found something helpful.
