What Could The Hard Knot On Head Denote?

I woke up with a quarter sized hard knot on my head yesterday morning , I figured I hit my head the night before but ice didn t help , this morning the knot is still there along with another knot a little closer to my hair line I don t know what they are or why they are not going down when I apply ice

I would like to reassure you that the knot is not suggestive of any serious illness, and there is no need to worry.

It is most likely a scalp hematoma, due to collection of blood under the sift tissue.

It may take a few days before it disappears.

If there is pain, you may take diclofenac or ibuprofen tablets.
