Hello and welcome to HCM,
The habit of stealing objects is called kleptomania and it is a psychiatric disorder.
Misbehavior with family members and abnormal behavior all indicate a psychiatric disturbance, thus I suggest you to consult a psychiatrist.
A detailed history including family history is required to diagnose the condition.
On the basis of history, it appears to be a behavioral disorder which requires medical and psychological treatment.

Thanks and take care
